TOUR RESERVATIONS & PURCHASES

• Financial information, including your credit or bank card information; and
• Professional information, such as occupation and salary range may be collected during the qualification process.

The Genesis Group only requests these types of Personal Information from you when it is needed to complete your Tour Reservation, purchase, fulfill your order or request, or when you voluntarily decide to provide your Personal Information independent of a transaction.

We use this information to process the transaction you requested and to provide you with Tour reservation confirmations, goods, products, services, or credit your account in the event we issue you a refund. PURCHASE CONFIRMATION MESSAGES
When you make a Tour reservation or purchase with The Genesis Group, we e-mail and/or text your confirmation. The confirmation will include your name, information on the product or products you’ve purchased, your confirmation number(s), your e-mail address, your phone number, your billing address, the last four digits of your credit card, the terms of your purchase or a link to the terms of your purchase, fulfillment instructions and details, and your billing total. Confirmation communications may also include the names of travel companions.
You may also receive a confirmation reminder e-mail and/or texts shortly before you are scheduled to arrive. This e-mail and/or text includes basic information about your purchase, such as confirmation number, the travel service or product that you purchased and your arrival date.

CHANGES TO YOUR RESERVATION
If one of your purchases changes in any way, we use the information you provided to us during the Tour reservation or purchase process to contact you by e-mail, postal mail, by text or by phone to alert you of the change. We may also suggest alternate arrangements within these communications.

MARKETING OR PROMOTIONAL EMAILS/TEXTS
