As a qualified participant in this discounted Branson Vacation Package, we would like to offer you the opportunity to enjoy this incredible offer at a substantial savings.  Besides meeting the qualifications of this promotion and attending a 90-minute vacation resort presentation, there are no other obligations. Primary Travelers must meet the Resort`s Qualifications below:

Group Travel
This promotion is open to only one vacation package per family, friends, acquaintances or known groups traveling on the same, similar and/or adjoining arrival and departure dates. 

Credit or Debit Card
PARTICIPANTS MUST PRESENT A VALID CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD AT CHECK IN TO THE HOTEL/RESORT UPON ARRIVAL.
Participants must have a valid credit or debit card in their name with an available line of credit to hold a security deposit upon check-in at the hotel/resort. The security deposit will be released after check out.
Qualified customers must bring with them to the 90-minute vacation program presentation a government issued ID and a Major Credit or Debit Card (VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, or DISCOVER). Cash Cards, Cash App, Chime, Karna, Sams Club, etc., are not accepted as valid forms of payment.  The participant(s) listed on the resort reservation confirmation MUST be the credit or debit card holder. Expired credit cards DO NOT QUALIFY.

Presentation
Attendance in a 90-minute vacation program presentation is required.

The vacation resort preview destination will be assigned upon confirmation of specific dates of travel.
Only children that are 10 years old or older are allowed on the presentation (up to two children).  

You are not eligible if you have previously attended a timeshare or travel club presentation within the past 12 months.
Must complete the entire 90-minute vacation program with spouse, fiancé, significant other, life partner

Age
Married or Cohabitating couples must be 30-70 years of age.  One of the guests who are married or cohabitating may be as young as 28 years of age
Legally Single Women must be 30-70 years of age (not married, separated, pending divorce, or living with a significant other that is not present)

Income
Married or Cohabitating couples – Minimum $70,000 USD Combined Annual Income.  

Legally Single Women – Minimum $70,000 USD Personal Annual Income.
One of the participants must be gainfully employed.  Retirees that meet the other qualifications are accepted.

Language
Both qualified participants must be fluent in English.

Identification
Must present a major credit or debit card and government-issued photo ID at the presentation tour reception desk.
Married or cohabitating couples must present government issued picture IDs with matching addresses or valid marriage certificate.  Other forms of matching identification: credit cards with the same number with each individual name on the card, a recent utility bill with both names, matching insurance cards, or bank checks with both names printed on the checks. 

Citizenship
Both guests must be citizens or permanent residents of the United States and live 60 miles or further away from Branson MO.

Marital Status
Offer is valid for married or cohabitating couples and legally single women (no separations or pending divorces).
All participants must attend the entire 90-minute presentation 

If Married or Cohabitating, both MUST attend (which includes spouse, fiancé, significant other, life partner or the vacation package is void and full retail pricing will be charged to the credit card on file
Single women are considered as being legally single (no separations or divorce pending).  If engaged or cohabitating, the fiancé or significant other must participate in a complete presentation with the single female

Hotel Resort Fee & Taxes
The participants in this promotion will be responsible to pay any applicable resort fees and taxes.

Additional Terms
This one-time promotional offer may not be transferred or sold.  It may not be used in conjunction with any other promotional offers or discounts of any kind.  It is not valid for people traveling in groups (e.g., not valid for family reunions, birthday parties, weddings, sporting events, or any occasion involving two or more traveling groups)
Offer is not valid for any participant who has filed for bankruptcy. If bankruptcy has been discharged, this is acceptable.
Genesis Marketing Group, LLC holds no discretion over the eligibility requirements for participation in the resort preview. The eligibility requirements have been set forth by the vacation resort/travel club developer. If Genesis Marketing Group believes that the eligibility requirements for participation are not being met, we reserve the right to cancel any reservation before the arrival date.

Guests cannot be under the influence of alcohol or substances.  No pets allowed other than certified service dogs. You may not attend presentation on the check-in or check-out day.   Please show up to the 90-minute presentation 15 minutes ahead of the scheduled time for registration purposes.

There are various discount promotions campaigns that are used for marketing purposes.  If any additional gifts are included in your specific promotion, the gifts will be provided at the conclusion of the 90-minute presentation

Rescheduling Policy
You are welcome to reschedule or make changes to your reservation without a penalty if change request is received at least 7 days prior to your scheduled arrival. Any changes made within 7 days of your scheduled arrival may incur a $100 dollar fee. You have 12 months to use your vacation package. All change requests are based solely on hotel room availability.
