Markos Mendoza
Markos is a strategic business leader specializing in the hospitality and vacation resort industries.  Markos founded The Genesis Group in April 2016 and is the company CEO.  Under Markos’ leadership, the company has seen significant growth and innovation establishing itself as a key player in the hospitality industry. Prior to The Genesis Group, Markos served as an executive with several large resort companies in Las Vegas where he played a crucial role in enhancing the resort’s marketing strategies and customer engagement.
CHIEF MARKETING OFFICER
Brad Benson
Brad is a 30-year veteran executive of the hospitality and vacation resort industries and is The Genesis Group’s Chief Marketing Officer. Prior to joining The Genesis Group, Brad was a marketing executive for several multinational resort companies including Hilton, Marriot, and Wyndham. Brad also serves as an Adjunct Professor at the University of Nevada Las Vegas – William F. Harrah School of Hospitality.
DIRECTOR OF ADMINISTRATION
Carolina Lopez
Carolina is a marketing executive with over 10 years of experience in the hospitality and vacation resort industries. Carolina is The Genesis Group’s Director of Operations who manages the day-to-day corporate operations. Prior to joining The Genesis Group, Carolina served in a variety of marketing management roles with industry leaders such as Holiday Inn Club Vacations, Westgate Resorts, and Bluegreen Vacations.

Tamika Ayala
Tamika is an accomplished and award-winning marketing professional who is The Genesis Group’s Marketing Manager and Corporate Trainer. Prior to joining The Genesis Group, Tamika created and managed numerous successful marketing campaigns at several leading Las Vegas vacation resort companies including Consolidated Resorts, Resort Stay International, and Quantum Marketing.
